Shipping took a while to get to the Philippines but that was expected. Seller was very responsive and always sent updates on the status though. Love the unit. Took a while for me to test it because i was travelling myself. But just did my first cold bath with it today. Took 2 maybe 3 hours to chill water down to 10 Celsius. Not entirely sure, forgot to time it to be honest, just ran it while i was doing some stuff and jumped in after dinner. All in all great first experience. Can't comment on how long it'll last yet but i hope it keeps going for a long time. Looks and feels well built though. Might get one or two more in the future. FYI, Tub in the pics/vid i bought separately and i had already owned before i ordered the chiller, can't comment on the quality of the tub they sell as i don't own one.
